Hands down, the biggest contributing factor of the obesity epidemic is sugar and artificial sweeteners. Sugar is found in all foods and there are 2 basic types of sugar: Natural sugar and added sugar.  

In this video, Suzette Kroll RD, outlines the difference between natural sugar and added sugar. She explains why artificial sweeteners are just as bad and why you should avoid all processed, pre-packed foods including those labeled as diet or healthy.
