The majority of weight loss surgery patients set goals for themselves. Some would like to get to a goal weight or would like to lose a specific number of pounds. While others would like to be more healthy or fit into a pair of jeans they wore in high school.  
While it’s good to set goals for oneself, the examples listed above are not good goals because they are arbitrary and unspecific. Goals need to be more specific and actionable to be good goals. This video will help you set SMART goals that will actually help you reach your potential.
