Non Scale Victories

If you have ever been on any diet, you know that losing weight is not a continual decent toward a magical goal weight. Rather, weight loss is messy. The first few pounds are quick and easy. Then there are plateaus and weight regains. And, hopefully, more pounds drop off before you, eventually become frustrated and give up completely. So, planning and keeping track of non scale victories (NSV) is vital to weight loss success.
